Reservation / Cancellation Policy

At Tiki Boat Boston ("we," "us," "our"), we want you to have an enjoyable and memorable experience on our cruises. However, we understand that circumstances may arise which require a cancellation or refund. This Refund Policy outlines our cancellation and refund policy for our cruises.


Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tikiboatboston.com or by phone at (617) 209-1999. We will provide a company credit to be used on a future cruises or private bookings for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the cruise. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the cruise will not be refunded. 


Cancellation by Tiki Boat Boston
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a cruise due to weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. If possible, we will also make efforts to reschedule the cruise at a later date or offer you the option to transfer your reservation to another available cruise.


Gift Cards
Gifts card purchases are not eligible for refunds and expire after 7 years.


No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled cruise and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of cancellation. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. If you paid by cash or other payment method, we will issue a refund by other means. Gift certificates will be issued to the original email used to purchase tickets.

Change of Reservation
If you need to change the date or time of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may not be possible.

Policy Notices

Tobacco Policy
Please abstain from using tobacco products while on our trips.

Alcohol & Beverage Policy
No outside Alcohol or beverages may be brought aboard. Bartenders reserve the right to stop serving to guest at any time for any reason. No intoxicated guest will be allowed to board and their ticket will be voided. Please drink responsibly. Any person sitting in a bar seat but be at least 21 years old.

Clothing Policy
Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times during our cruises. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or additional layer.

Behavior Policy
We ask that all guests be mindful of others during cruises. Under no circumstance and guests allowed to jump off or disembark the vessel. Guests may only exit with expressed permission of the captain.
